The Annual Regional Veterans Day Parade at Chaffee Crossing is a fun-filled day for veterans and families from across the region. This year’s parade will take place on November 9th.

Join local businesses, organizations, and community groups as they come together to pay tribute to veterans. Wave your flags, share your gratitude, and be part of a united community expressing thanks.

Floats, trucks, cars, tractors, walkers, runners, cyclists, and other creative ways of participation are welcome!

CHAFFEE CROSSING FOOD AND ARTISAN MARKET

The Chaffee Crossing Food & Artisans Market is a festival-style market on third Saturdays, May through October in the Chaffee Crossing Historic District. Our focus is on supporting local entrepreneurs selling homegrown, homemade, and handmade products and original art, designs, and creations. Food trucks and adult beverages can be enjoyed as shoppers visit a variety of vendor booths.

ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT MAP

There are three Entertainment Districts in Chaffee Crossing that allow visitors to responsibly enjoy adult beverages outdoors while visiting restaurants, bars, shopping, and events in a defined area. 

Chaffee Crossing Historic District - Ward Ave. at Fort Chaffee Blvd., Fort Smith

This four-block area bounded by Taylor Ave., Darby Ave., Ellis St., and Terry St. includes a microbrewery, a winery, a small event center, and other service and retail businesses. The Barracks at Chaffee project currently underway will bring multiple new restaurants, breweries, a coffee shop, a bakery, and retail businesses to the area. 

 The HUB at Providence - 9101 R.A. Young Jr. Drive, Fort Smith

This entertainment district is part of an exciting mixed-use development that includes a restaurant, a full-service hair and skincare salon, a high-end liquor store, and other commercial offices, apartments, and townhomes. Events are scheduled throughout the year for residents and guests alilke to enjoy the beautiful space that is complemented by murals and invitng outdoor landscaping and pathways. 

The Village at Heritage - 7309 Chad Colley Blvd., Barling

Located on the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education campus, this entertainment district is in an exciting mixed-use area that includes restaurants, an ice cream shop, retail shopping, professional offices, and more. A third building is currently under construction that will add several new store fronts in 2023. An outdoor pavilion surrounded by beautiful landscaping make this area an idea for open air markets and entertainment events all year round.
