The HUB at Providence developer ERC has announced a new business is coming to the mixed-use development - Barrels & Brews Bottle Shop will open mid-2021 in The HUB, located on Wells Lake Rd., Fort Smith.
FCRA welcomes this new addition and the appeal it will add to an area of Chaffee Crossing saturated with residential neighborhoods. The HUB is connected to Chaffee Crossing trails, and located near the Janet Huckabee Arkansas River Valley Nature Center, Ben Geren Regional Park, McClure Amphitheater, and other amenities.
