ERC Announces Start of Regency Place Addition in Chaffee Crossing
ERC of Fort Smith purchased land from FCRA in 2020 to develop Regency Place, a new neighborhood in south Chaffee Crossing, Fort Smith. The developer has announced that Rausch Coleman Homes of Fayetteville will be the exclusive builder for the development.
