The combined experience of the FCRA staff is a valuable resource to developers and builders. We would like to give you as much information as possible so your project can proceed smoothly and promptly. NOTE:  The Development Application, Checklist, Variance Request, and supporting plan documents must be submitted in electronic form two weeks before the scheduled DRC meeting date. DRC meetings take place on the first Monday of every month.
